Refunds & Returns



We hope you will be happy with your purchase however if you are not 100% satisfied we have our returns and refunds policy listed below for your convenience



(Up to 14 days after receiving your item)

- Returns MUST be in new condition, and be packaged the same as received.

- Change of Mind* returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

- The refund amount will also be minus the original freight charge to you. For items that have "free shipping" as freight charge, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the cost of original shipping. (If you would like to know this amount prior to initiating a return, please contact us.)

- After the above, a credit/exchange/refund for the difference will be provided.

- Please note, that under Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to refuse return on any item, that is deemed "change of mind", if we so choose to.


(Please allow for slight colour variations due to different screens monitors, change of mind due to colour variations will be treated as above and the same fees apply)

- Returns are to be organised and paid for by you, the buyer, and Coconapple holds no responsibility for organising, shipping, tracking or receiving the goods being returned until a refund is issued.



- Customer is to email Coconapple at the earliest convenience and within the 30 day period listed above

- Please allow 48 hours for your return shipping quote 

- Once your approval has been given for the quote, we ask for a further 48 hours to provide you with shipping labels and confirm a pick up date

- When we receive the item and new condition has been approved, 5 days will be required to process that return

- You will then receive your refund minus the return shipping fee, the restocking fee and the original fee

- Any item that is deemed to no longer be in "new" condition, will be required by you, the buyer, to organise freight to collect the item from us. We take no legal responsibility for the item when it is returned to us, until a refund is issued.



We gladly except exchanges however the above fees will still apply 


Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Coconapple may have to cancel your order if we cannot provide you with your goods, you will be emailed if this issue arises

If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please email us so we can make enquires. Depending on the outcome you will be given a new expected delivery time or given the offer of refund or exchange due to third party loss

In the case of bulky goods that have been lost by the courier any returns requested while your goods are in transit will require a restocking and return fee
